Team of newbies in Western Colorado
Hi! We are a team of three in Western Colorado based in the Montrose/Delta area and we are looking to purchase our first of many buy and hold properties. Our team is made up of Dan, Korby, and Kia. All of us are extremely interested in real estate investing and can't wait to get into this community. Currently, we have our LLC and are looking at properties that are around $100,000. We are still looking into the many different funding techniques and property management companies in our area. Eventually we'd like to get into BRRRRing and long distance real estate. Any tips for three eager newbies would be more than welcomed!
