Hey there! I've recently been making the change to a career in real estate. I'll have my Maine Sales Agent license in a few weeks, and I'm interested in buying a multifamily unit within the next 18 months. I've been listening to the podcast for a while and finally decided to jump on the forum :)

Hi Laura, I use to live down by Willard Beach. I went to Henly School (it's a condo now), Small School, Mahoney and SP HIgh School, although I ended up graduating from Lewiston High School. I'd love to connect with you sometime! I'm a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker. Although our family has investment property out of state, I'd also really love to invest right here in Maine too. Good luck with getting your license! If you haven't taken the exam yet, I would highly recommend prep agent's videos on youtube.
