Hello BP family, I have been listening to the BiggerPocket Podcast on and off for 1.5years now. I live in Memphis, TN. I am really interested in investing in multi-family properties but willing to make the steps of owning single family properties first. Looking to start and building my portfolio in 2020. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
