I recently completed the renovation of 2 Condominiums. Both are now rented to what appear to be quality tenants. I completed this project using interim financing from a brokerage firm. Now trying to decide if I want to seek permanent financing with a traditional lender or borrow the money from my company? The amount is not huge - less than $125k.
Thoughts?
