@David Ekpin

Baron St is in the Sherwood Forest area of 38111. This is a solid area to invest in if you buy the house right. I don’t personally own any in this area but I have represented clients in this area. Make sure you trust your source of property. There are pockets of Memphis that you should definitely try to stay out of and limit your risk and exposure. Some OOS investors buy in these areas because the houses look good on a spreadsheet. Always ask your property source how many homes they own personally. That’s the best way to start and vet a property source

Best of luck to you in Memphis and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about my personal investing in the Memphis market
