Older 1st time investor looking for advice from entrepreneurs
I had a building and business I just sold and have some money that I would like to invest. I have always been interested in real estate and figure better late than never. My partner Tina and I are are looking to start our own investment co. Are there any older first time investors that would like to give some advice? Also looking for entrepreneurs who have meet up groups in the NJ / NYC area.
