New Investor based out of Miami, Fl
Hello everyone, my name is Rolando Blake Jr. I am a new investor based out of Miami, Fl when it comes to Real Estate. I was introduced to Bigger pockets through the podcast on Spotify.
Currently I own a primary resident and I am looking to add to my portfolio. Next year I will be purchasing a new primary home, and renting out my current primary officially creating my 1st rental. I will also be looking to purchase an additional rental out of market in the south east us... Some markets that interest me is Columbia,SC, Columbus, GA, Jacksonville,Fl, etc. I will definitely be looking for possible partners in these markets especially a realtor and property manager...
