Pensacola, FL REI looking to take action
Hello everyone!
My wife and I are new to the Pensacola, FL area. Recently retired from the military and started a new job here. We are looking to use the BRRRR strategy and rent/holds. We plan to utilize multiple funding sources depending on the situation.
I am digging into every podcast and book I can get my hands on! Learning a lot but also not interested in just sitting here. I have a goal to have our first investment property by Jan 31st. I love meeting like minded people. Thank you.
