Hello,

My name is Aaron Kawamoto, and I'm a married father of 2 from Mililani, Hawaii. I'm a Civilian Program Analyst for the Navy here on Oahu. My first taste of Real Estate was buying a Townhouse in Waikele (Parkglen) in 2011. I sold it in 2017 for a $110,000 profit after all fees, etc. I then took over my parents loan on my parents rental in Mililani (3/2 house), and rolled the proceeds into a major renovation and extension (this is where my family and I currently live). I intend to re-finance a HELOC against this house in the near future, and then invest in higher cashflowing markets on the Mainland (Midwest or South). I found the forum listening to the BP Podcast, and wanted to get more involved. Any way thanks for taking the time to read, and nice meeting you!

 Aaron
