Hello! I have been reading and watching a lot on real estate (mainly bigger pockets) for the past few months. Looking forward to taking the next actionable steps with real estate. I want to connect with knowledgeable investors and spunge up all the knowledge I can. I'm targeting RAL, small multi families, fix and rent. I've also found some local meet up groups that I will start attending. I'll take all the help I can as well as contribute as much as I can. Sorry for the bad intro but it's almost 11pm and am still thinking about real estate.
