Brand new and for great place to start, please help!
I am brand new the real estate and looking for a good place to start. I am interest in just about everything when it comes to flipping, lease options, property trust, etc... I live in Baltimore and there is a lot of opportunity here, but again I am brand new to the game. My education is all over the place but have the drive to get moving. Need a guide or guides to help me get off the ground. Need a plan.
