I'm from Sacramento, Ca. I work a full time job and own a small side business renting party equipment. Open to investing locally and abroad. I've always had a an entrepreneur mentality. REI is the path i'm taking going forward I've purchased and read the book on "INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE WITH NO AND LOW MONEY DOWN". Now I'm working on The book on "RENTAL PROPERTY INVESTING". There are just so many ways to create leverage and create your own "job" making money! I've been in customer service and sales my whole life and look forward to reaching my early goal of simply acquiring one single investment property and then go from there. I'M TOO EXCITED FOR THIS JOURNEY!!!
