Seeking data, input and opinions for service business idea

I would like to develop a service/consultant type business that works with both property owners that have rentals and potential tenants who have pets.  I am gathering data, input from property owners, suggestions.  It's much more complex then that, but you get the idea.  Thanks, looking forward to exploring the site.
