Hi All,

I am completely new to this forum/site having stumbled across it recently. Based out of Sydney Australia I have several year experience in commercial property (specifically office agency).

Personally I have an interest in all things property however would like to start investing more - I own my house but feel I may have leveraged myself too much to be able to invest further. Can this happen?

I have digressed already. Looking forward to joining in where I can.

cheers,
