Hi, Thanks for having me on this forum. I am a Real Estate Broker in California who would like to start brokering his own loans for other lenders. Or work on some basis with a loan broker for compensation. I know nothing about this so far which is why I am asking if anyone can help give me information for example if large brokerages work out deals with Real Estate brokers to do loans and so on ? How could I be a loan broker ? Can I be a Broker for Real Estate and Loans ?

Any information anyone has would be appreciated.
