New investor just getting started

Hello,

I'm new to investing. I have created a LLC, but I don't have a property in the LLC. Is there any lenders willing to lend to a new investor to help build portfolio up? Most places I research want you to have property already. How is that If some is first starting out. My husband and I do own a home and I'm in the process of buying a multi family home. Any advice ?

thank you
