Just wanted to say hello and look forward to posting and helping if i can. I've been investing for 6 years now ( started in my mid 30's ) and currently own 5 investment properties and looking to do more next year. It's been a learning curve to say the least but a lot of fun and nice to see a nest egg building up for retirement if all goes as planned.

I do have a bunch of questions to post in the different forums, such as finding more financing resources since most banks wont allow me any more loans under the fannie mac guideline limits, Insurance has been a big pain for me also trying to find general liability coverage ( all my properties are condos/townhomes and insurance is provided for the dwelling through HOA dues ) so i need insurance, umbrella coverage for all my properties but none of the big players are willing to help so i will post in the proper forum also.

Also had some questions on partnerships and LLC as i have recently dissolved the LLC after trying to refi the properties the banks would not allow the LLC to have ownership/title. So I spent a ton of money on dissolving the LLC and transfering ownership to individual names to go forward with the refi's at today's great rates. Now i need more insurance since there is more exposure.

Anyway, just wanted to drop a quick note and introduce myself and look forward to spending A LOT of time here.
