Hello all! I'm a Realtor in the Southeast Valley of AZ and I'm looking to purchase my first investment by the end of 2020. A lot of the price/rent ratio is tough to justify a single family home purchase w/ 20% down. Hoping to maybe purchase a manufactured home that needs work (with little or no HOA).
