Hello everyone! I've been on BP now for about a month, reading blogs and posts. I thought it was about time to introduce myself. I am new to RE investing and working at cutting my teeth at wholesaling and Lease Purchas Options. Eventually I'd like to start investing in multi-unit rentals, but currently don't have the capital. Glad to be here!
Welcome Jerrad! If you've been around for a month you're starting to get an idea of what a valuable resource BP is. Keep reading and start posting!
Thanks for the introduction @Jerrad Carranza ! Great to meet you! I'm a big fan of multi-unit properties :)
Welcome to BiggerPockets, Jerrad!

Hey Jerrad I'm new to real estate investing as well and new to the Omaha area i haven't done any deals yet just trying to learn as much as i can first. Have you had any success so far?
@William Strong , welcome to Omaha. No, I haven't had a lot of success yet, as I really only started shortly before the Holdidays. Didn't do much between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Now that New Year's has come and gone it's time to get busy.
My brother and I are primarily starting with an attempt at wholesaling, but we've a couple other areas we'd like to attempt as well. Ultimately, I'd like to have a portfolio of multi-family rentals.
Best of luck to you. Feel free to contact me if you'd like.
Welcome to BP. It is a great place to start your education and education is the key. Learn all you can from this source and any other sources that you can find. Be weary of the gurus and get reliable references before you put any money down.
Once you are educated, there are ways to get into mf with limited funds of your own. You can always partner up with those that have the funds.
