Hi all!

Been lurking here a long while, but decided it's time to start to take part in the discussions and connect with other investors! I think I felt I needed a little bit of experience before I tried to connect or take part in discussions within the community. 

My wife and I live out of state but our real estate investment portfolio is primarily in Bakersfield, CA (where both of us were born and raised)

We currently have 2 SFHs with another in escrow and an ADU currently being built on the lot of another.

I am hoping to connect with other investors or people just wanting to talk Bakersfield/Real Estate. If you in invest in the Bakersfield area I would love to connect and hear about your experience, share ours, and learn more creative ways to invest.
