New REALTOR/Investor Intro from DELCO Pennsylvania
As the title says I'm a newer investor and REALTOR out of PA. My passion for real estate as a whole dates back to 2007 with the purchase of my first home which was basically an 80's time capsule that I rehabbed myself with the help and design of my wife and is now our largest asset. That home is now my first rental which is cash flowing close to $300 a month which was handed to my tenant as a modern turn key home when we bought our new home. I love being a landlord and providing housing and hope to be blessed with the opportunity to grow. I also became a REALTOR in late 2019 as I truly fell in love with the buying process which was made easy and comforting thanks to the team I am now proud to be part of. I'm hoping to learn, help, grow, an contribute to the Bigger Pocket's community!
