Hello Everyone!! I am a lifetime resident of Southeast Texas and a full time Real Estate Manager of a 121,000+ sq ft Retail Shopping Center. I also manage several single family residences for owners in the area. My ultimate goal in real estate is to become financially independent (by replacing my current income) so that I can dedicate my efforts to investing full time. I am just beginning my investment opportunities although I have previously owned rental property. I would like to begin with learn wholesaling, add flipping, and ultimately build a portfolio of properties to hold for retirement.
