Introduction, Networking, Learning Opportunity
Hello everyone, my name is Lucas and I'm fairly new in the real estate investing game - currently in the process of closing my first SFR purchase. I work in finance and therefore have a good understanding of spreadsheets/ models, analyzing numbers and return calculations but am aware that I know very little about REI as a business, real estate financing, and growing/ managing portfolios. Therefore, as quarantine continues, I would like to take this down-time as an opportunity to network with more experienced investors and learn from you guys.
