What should i do next?
Good Afternoon, I am a newbie to real estate but not to bp. Finally finished school with my Architectural Drafting and design degree in 2018. I work at a architectural firm downtown. I am currently waiting to take my exam to become a Real Estate Agent. Oh by the way, I hope everyone is staying safe in the middle of this epidemic.... So while practicing social distancing I decided to really dive into my dreams and goals and finally get things rolling in my real estate career path. My Interest are Multifamily houses. Also interested in learning about buy and hold, house flipping, and wholesaling. I would like to learn about single family homes also but don't want to bite off more than I chew starting out. Im always looking to network and meet new people near the Huntsville, AL or just in general. i would love to start out wholesaling. I'm still trying to figure out where to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I be my real estate career.
