Please help on claiming as a rental income vs vacation home ?

So I need some opinions on this one . I have a condo in Sedona that I rent out about 100 days a year and I spend about 20 days in it myself so it would qualify as a rental or as a vacation home when I do my taxes . The turbo tax accountants don’t seem to know which way is better so I thought I would ask this smart group of people . It’s my first post so please be kind! Lol
