22 year old newbie investor looking to form a team in Atlanta.
Hello guys!
My name is Kevin, and I am a college graduate from Georgia Tech moving to Seattle for a job. I am extremely excited and eager to learn more about pretty much anything in real estate investing! I lived in the Atlanta area for about 9-10 years and have seen change right before my eyes.
The capital to break into a Seattle housing market is extremely high, so I am seriously considering forming a great a team and investing remotely in Atlanta! I am interested in single-family rentals and duplexes and want to hold those for long. I am more than happy to make trips every couple of months to network, build + maintain relationships with my team and tenants, and do due diligence on properties!
Looking forward to connecting with anybody who can help me gain insight into those who invest in the Atlanta housing market, invest while holding a full-time job, and young investors like me!
