Good Day members...

Im am a South African boy, living and working in Hong Kong and wanting to invest in the USA with the end goal being a life for my family in the USA.

Once the world returns to some sort of normal, whatever this new normal may be, Im looking to invest in real estate and start building a portfolio.

Im looking to connect with some possible one stop shop brokers/agents for SFR properties that have experience dealing with first time overseas based buyers, someone that has experience with pre and post deal needs. We considering Florida or Texas as potential firsts but open to anywhere that works.

Looking forward to learning from Biggerpockets!

@Lucia Rushton, Hi, The reason behind those two states, the taxes for both are on the lower side. Secondly, I have a  connection with Texas as my Dad and family live in Houston.

But for investment I would look anywhere as I would be investing long distance anyway. With the right team it should be possible.
