Brand New: Central PA connections
Hi all, I am brand new to this site and although I have been very interested in real estate investing for a long while, this is my first serious step towards getting my first deal and securing my financial future. This site has been a fantastic inspiration and wealth of knowledge. I am very grateful to have found it!
I am in a tough spot because a medical condition recently cost my wife and I our savings and we have no capital to begin this new adventure. This is not stopping me from pursuing my dream of financial independence. With perseverance and creativity anything is possible!
The plan is to find a great deal where all the numbers work out for a flip, and partner with another investor for the first project. Once I do a few flips it is on to BRRRRing my way to a solid portfolio. I am reading as many Bigger Pockets books as I can get my hands on, and am looking forward to hitting the ground running with all that I am learning!
