Hey guys!

New here and taking Joshua and Brandon's advise from the podcast and introducing myself.  I am a 31 year old pediatrician living in Clinton, MS and looking to get into real estate rental investing within the next year.  Just got interested studying financial independence which lead me eventually to the site here and podcast.  I am specifically interested in single family rentals and small multifamily rentals around Clinton, Madison, Pearl and Brandon, Mississippi.  Any advise or guidance appreciated!
