Commercial Real Estate

Hi everyone! This is my first post and I wanted to introduce myself. I started real estate investing in 2001 in Bergen County, NJ with residential flipping (short sales). I then had a nice career with a major mall developer, leasing to national tenants.

These days, I specialize in Commercial Real Estate (Offices, Retail and Medical Buildings). I actually work with a lot of doctors to help them find offices to lease/buy.

I would love to network with the following people in the North Jersey and NYC areas:

Commercial Landlords (specifically office and retail) . If you have office buildings with medical zoning or retail suitable for doctors such as an urgent care or Veterinarian, please reach out. I find most of my properties on CoStar, but would love to know about off market options as well.

Commercial Lenders. If you work with commercial financing, both SBA and conventional.

Commercial Real Estate Attorneys. If you've negotiated commercial leases and purchases.

Looking forward to getting to know you and contributing my expertise to this forum.

All the best.

Debbie
