Hi, I am a new member of BP and also new in real state, I just bough my first rehab house in Omaha NE and have a ton of questions, about permits overall, to begging with I have a wall with asbestos, does any knows if I can remove it my self or a certified company is mandatory? also does any one know the price on total demolition permit for a single family home 2 bed 1 bath?
