A bit overdue, but better late than never I suppose! I'm a new member of this community; I look forward to interacting with you all. I am a college student that wishes to delve in real estate (particularly rental residential properties) soon and I know I can learn a lot here and hopefully I can contribute something as well :) Cheers!
