China Market: Advice on Getting RMB out of China

Good Evening All,

My name is Sean, and after much thought and silent browsing on this site I have decided I want to follow through in trying to sell and connect Chinese buyers with USA properties. I have recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad, Expat Millionaire, and set for life as well as done (probably too much!) online browsing and have become fascinated with the real estate journey.  I also feel due to my position and life experience this is an area I have a relative competitive advantage in so I want to start here.

I live in China, speak fluent Chinese, as well as having a Chinese Fiancee and a large network of wealthy investors hoping to get some money out of China to diversify and potentially provide opportunities for future Children. I have been in and out of China for the last nine years. I hope to become a one-stop shop for folks who have no idea how to go about acquiring property in the USA.

One big question that people immediately face, is how to legally, or at least safely transfer large amounts of RMB (100k usd+) out of China to the USA. Does anyone have experience doing this, or can recommend some reading/resources/organizations who specialize in doing just this?

I hope this is the start of a long real estate journey for my future wife and me and hope to post and learn more in the coming months.
