Hi there!

I'm KarolynnTraynham from Springfield, MA. I am a newbie investor & to this site. I'm starting out as a wholesaler & plan to move into rehabbing and buy/hold. I hold one rental property which I purchased before I knew anything about investing. Imagine my surprise when I learned how to go to city hall and research properties & found out how much the rehabber paid for the property I had purchased from him. Not too happy.

So far, I love this site. I've already learned a few things. If anyone is in my area, please reach out to me. I look forward to interacting with you all on the site and learning to network better. :-)
