Hello everyone!

My name is Justin Cabiltes and I have recently joined the BiggerPockets community! I'm from Rio Rancho, NM and I am currently a Junior at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I like boxing, watching sports (go 49ers and Warriors), and DoorDashing on the side.

I started my financial freedom journey by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. Then, I ran into BiggerPockets through their podcasts. I'm on the BiggerPockets forums to learn more about Real Estate and to connect with others. With the wealth I hope to make, I want to provide for my myself and future family. I am interested in Buy and Holds in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area and Winston-Salem area.

This journey into real estate will be difficult, yet very rewarding. I'd love to hear from other investors from the Rio Rancho and Winston Salem area!
