Newbie from Bellevue, WA
Hi all!
My name is Ariel Mizrahi, and I am from Bellevue, WA. I currently am into restaurant franchising (Subways) after leaving my corporate job at Amazon, however, real estate has always been the long term goal. My father is a local commercial real estate developer, so he has instilled in me the idea of financial freedom since before I could even understand what that really meant. I decided to join BiggerPockets so that I can begin writing my own story of achieving financial freedom.
I am looking into smaller multifamily properties (10-15 units) that I can rehab and hold - my dad always says hold, hold, hold. However, more importantly, I am looking to learn and connect with you all!
