New(er) investor from Aurora CO!

Hey BP! I've familiarized myself with Bigger Pockets over the past year and a half, lurking through the posts but never jumping in. I figured it's about time to get active! My wife and I own three doors to date in Aurora CO. We feel extremely blessed to have been turned onto real estate relatively early on. The education from Bigger Pockets has been an essential part of our journey thus far, and I could not be more grateful for the platform. 

Our strategy so far has been defined through SFR acquired through owner occupancy. In our market that is just what has made sense! We look to broaden our strategy in the coming months. I'm here to connect and learn from you all's experiences, and in turn, throw down the rope to others! If you're in the area, which I'm sure many are, I'd love to connect!
