Im just about finished ready rich dad poor dad and have decided to work in real-estate ive already stated learning real-state terminology.. have stRted writing out a plan 

i have 590 Credit score with very little money . 

need help im in so cal

Congrats on making the decision! In regards to what Alan said above, learn as much as you can. Just 4 years ago I "knew" about real estate, 3 years ago I started studying, listening to podcasts, reading, and 2 years ago I bought my first house hack. To this day, I still listen to REI podcasts to learn as much as I can for my next purchase. You can do it!
