New Investor in Arizona!

Hello all!

My name is Gevin I'm 22 and currently going to school and shortly graduating and looking forward to becoming a bigger part of BiggerPockets and real estate. I'm looking for houses right now to house hack in Queen Creek/San Tan area in Arizona. The market is currently super competitive and most houses are going for 5-10,000 above asking generally. I would be interested in investing out of state but prefer to stay in Arizona.

Any advice or comments are much appreciated!
