Greetings from Oahu ~ I am a licensed flipper/rehab savvy Realtor. I love living and working in paradise. I know paradise looks different to everyone ~ this is my heaven. I'm looking to learn all I can about flipping, rehab & creative financing. It just makes me a better agent and quite frankly I like homework. It's a win/win.
