Hello All,

Brand new to all of this, anyone out there that can connect and give pointers on SFH or Multi in North Jersey?

Property Taxes is pretty big portion of all deals here, has anyone made great returns in the area.

I can't help you with NJ market  but you can set up "Keyword Alerts". When words like "Nutley" show up in a post you will be notified if it is one of your keywords.
