Hi, my name is Jeff Frantz. I'm a real estate investor in northern Virginia and Maryland. I'm also starting a private lending company focused on rehabbers here in the area. The market has been strong but there are still deals that these investors are finding.
Bigger Pockets looks like a great resource to share ideas--by the way, the podcast is great!
