Hello REI gurus, I am totally new to RE investing and hoping to connect. I have questions regarding how to put a team together and how to manage rehab projects out of state, along with some other questions that I can pick someone's brain. I greatly appreciate your help. Many thanks in advance.

What area are you wanting to invest in? Just a heads up, this is probably not how you are going to find a real mentor. People who will be valuable mentors are not skimming the Forums everyday looking for new mentees. I would target an area you are interested in, start networking in that area, find out who the heavy hitters are in the market, find out how you can add value to them, and build the relationship from the ground up learning as you go.
