New investor from Dallas, TX
I've been on BP since July 2012; however I delayed getting around to my formal introduction as life at the day to day got in the way of my progress. With that said, I'd like to start off by saying HELLO ALL!
I'm excited to be here and even more excited about the wealth of knowledge that has been shared and continues to be shared in Bigger Pockets forum.
I'm looking forward to sharing and receiving valuable investment knowledge with other like minded entrepreneurs. I'm located in the Dallas / Ft. Worth metro area and I've completed successful wholesale and rehab projects in my local market. I've only "dabbled" in the real estate investing on a part-time basis and look to continue the same pattern until I've earned enough income to dive in on a full-time basis.
I'm looking forward to networking and building successful relationships with those who are actively operating in my local market.
