Have been lurking here for a while and got a lot of very useful. Im an investor in St Petersburg Fl. I'v been investing since 2009 and happy to share my experience and to learn from all of you.

The Gulf side of Florida is one of our favorite places.

The flipping in St Petersburg is quite good. There are a lot of older houses that needs some attention. Many areas were built in the 70s. The price range differs massively depending on the area so there is a market for the well funded investor as well as investors with less capital.
