Advice for Finding Partners

Hello Bigger Pockets members, 

        My name is Malvern McDoom Jr. and I am a new investor who recently joined the bigger pockets community. I was curious if anyone had any advice on how they found and built a relationship with a future business partner. Did you start with Family and Friends or did you try other various methods? I am someone who is eager to learn and will implement any new ideas quickly. Love to hear your stories.
