New Agent- What brokerage?

Hello,

I just passed my RE Salesperson National and State Exam last week and I am now deciding what brokerage would work best for me. I am primarily interested in using my RE license to buy, rehab and sell my own properties as well as buy and hold properties down the line. I have little interest in actually being an agent for other clients. Does anyone have suggestions for a brokerage that would be good for a newbie Agent investor? Keep in mind, I will be working part time as I have a full time job. I was currently leaning towards EXP realty due to their flexibility and online resources for education, etc.

Thanks,

Corey

Thanks for the feedback Kobe! I did not know about the 100% commission for Exp so that is definitely a plus.
