Hello everyone,

My name is Gavin Taylor. I am fairly new at real estate investing. I currently own two three family properties, and I am looking to get involved with flipping properties. Can anyone out their share their wisdom with me concerning this? I also wanted to know what is the best way to build a database of investors. Thank you, in advance, for any help you can give me.
