Motel to Apartment Conversion
Currently working on a deal to buy a 140 room property that is right next to a major freeway, and hospital. Plan right now is to convert these rooms into micro apartment complex. Have any of you worked on a project similar to this?If so, I would love to get some feedback. Any tips would be helpful, or anything that I should watch out for.
