My name is David Dixon and I am from Jackson, Mississippi. I am a real estate newbie who is very ambitious, generous, goal-oriented. I am currently in school pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. My dream goal is wealth-building which will last for generations. I love learning and during my spare time, I am always reading books about personal development, software engineering, mathematics, physics, and being a successful introvert entrepreneur(Just call me Elon Musk Jr lol). I also love gaming, anime/comics, and spending a lot of time with my family and friends. I am getting started to learn about real estate wholesaling because I joined a webinar from a Fortune Builders ad. One of their reps recommended starting with wholesaling because I don't require any capital to get started. I started doing some research on my own and I found Max Maxwell interview and Youtube channel. I watched how he does his wholesale deals and it inspired me to get started.

My vision is to get from residential to commercial real state within 5 - 10 years so I can build a successful technology corporation that will generate millions of dollars every year. I want to have 5 to 6 businesses that will build wealth for me and my family. Most importantly, to solve the world's problems. My mission is to help people and impact their lives by solving their problems because politics cannot do it and surely not the government. In order for me to do that, I need to start with wholesaling in real estate.
